If you need to cancel an order, the best chance of success is reaching out as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel it, since it's already on its way to being shipped.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your order number and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships. If the order has already been dispatched, you're still covered by our standard returns policy once it arrives.
