Our designers pull inspiration from music, culture, and everyday moments, sketching multiple concepts before narrowing in on the one that feels right. Colour palette, line weight, and composition all get refined through several rounds before a design is anywhere near finished.
Once the artwork itself is locked in, we test how it translates onto fabric — checking scale, placement, and how different print methods affect the final look and feel. A design that looks great on screen doesn't always translate perfectly onto a heavyweight cotton tee, so this testing stage is where a lot of the real craftsmanship happens. Every print you see on a Zuckosta piece has been through that process, not just uploaded and printed.
